Damascus Open Studios is a juried art show and studio tour that brings together local artists, art enthusiasts, and the greater Damascus community for a three-day celebration of creativity. Our annual event continues to grow, drawing hundreds of visitors to explore studios, meet artists, and support handmade, original artwork.

With an average of 200+ visitors per studio, the event not only connects artists with art enthusiasts but also brings increased foot traffic to local businesses. As we look ahead to 2026, we have four key goals:

• Grow community engagement through enhanced marketing and outreach efforts.
• Build partnerships with local businesses and sponsors who can benefit from the influx of visitors while supporting the arts.
• Develop Student Artist Program with local High School students to attract aspiring artists to participate and provide resources and mentorship to each of them.
